Description
If America falters and states secede, what kind of constitution would they use? ? My belief is that people will want to create a new constitution that attempts to solve all of our problems. That is what I have done. I completely started from scratch. I wrote it from an idealistic perspective that believed anything is possible.I have attempted to create a society that is as close to being perfect as possible. It's my attempt at perfection.
