this study, silica has been prepared by using in a new three steps method from rice husk. The silica was used as a stationary phase in column chromatography and give interesting results in comparison with the commercial grade silica. This study included functionalized of the prepared silica with 3-chloropropyl (triethoxy)saline to give chlorine end group labeled compound as RHACCl.
