Description
The overall aim of this dissertation (an exploratory study) is to outline the organisational structure and the theoretical and methodological frameworks for the management of adult education and skills at the Minho Vocational School (Braga, Portugal) and the Association for Occupational and Social Promotion (Tarragona, Spain), that is, to demonstrate how adult education is organised and managed at EsproMinho and APTOS.
