We think we are exercising individual free choice, but we aren’t…until we discover this mutual blind spot.We know from observation, and now from neuroscience, all of us have this blind spot in our early teen years. If we do not discover it, we could unconsciously (without choice) live the rest of our lives unaware of it. It will then prevent us from achieving full maturity in our skill of human self-consciousness.
