소개
Supra-condylar fractures of the humerus in extension in children account for over 18% of all pediatric fractures, and 60% of all elbow fractures. The management of these fractures is controversial, with two distinct techniques: closed reduction followed by percutaneous parallel or crossed pinning, and surgical reduction. Our aim is to study the functional results of these techniques.
